6 — Professional & Government Fee Calculation

If Idjadi Immigration has provided you with a unique discount code, enter it here before selecting Calculate / Refresh Fees. A valid code applies either an administrator-set percentage or a fixed CAD amount to eligible RCIC professional fees before tax. It never reduces IRCC/government fees, disbursements, third-party charges, or an additional restoration professional fee.

A valid payment schedule code changes only the timing and percentage allocation of the RCIC professional-fee milestones configured for you. It does not change the professional fee, discount, government fees, disbursements, or scope of services.

Select a service and family composition, enter any code provided by IDJADI Immigration, then calculate.

For services with an automatic IRCC fee profile, current fee amounts are retrieved from IRCC and final submission is re-verified live against the official IRCC fee list. Government fees remain separate from professional-fee milestones and are paid directly by the Client or by separate arrangement with the RCIC.

7 — Complete CICC-Structured Service Agreement

You must review the complete draft below before signing. The agreement follows the section structure of the College's Guide for Developing Your Service Agreement and includes the mandatory content required by the Code. The College guide itself is guidance and is not copied word-for-word.

Calculate your fee first. The client-specific agreement preview will appear here.

9 — Electronic Signature

By signing, you intend to execute the client-side portion of this service agreement electronically.

Important: The typed signature name must match the Principal Client's full legal name entered in Step 2. If it does not match, you will be warned here and can correct it before submission.

11 — Final Review

12 — Submit

After submission, a client-signed PDF copy of this agreement will be emailed to you and made available for immediate download. The agreement status will be Awaiting RCIC Signature and is not fully executed until the RCIC reviews and countersigns it. After RCIC countersignature, the fully executed PDF will also be emailed to you and remain available for secure download.
